	Import： Bearings are known as the heart of an electric motor. Most faults of motors, such as loud noise, overheating, and overcurrent, are directly related to bearings. The metering pump is subjected to force at a single point, which imposes higher requirements on the motor bearings. To ensure the service life of the motors, all our motor bearings are made of Swedish SKF or Japanese NSK, and the reducer bearings are made of Japanese NSK or Taiwan Dongpei. Its advantages are low frictional resistance, high rotational speed, high stability and long service life.

Domestic production：Domestic bearings are generally used in low-speed reducers, but when applied to single-point force metering pumps, they usually produce noise after about 12 months and current overload after about 15 months, which can lead to motor burnout. Its disadvantages include high frictional resistance, high noise, low transmission efficiency and short service life

	Our motor：The enameled wire adopts a heat resistance grade of H-class 180℃ and an insulation grade of F-class.

Ordinary motor：It adopts a heat resistance grade of E at 130℃.

	Taiwan original imported reduction motor, motor bearings adopt Swedish SKF or Japanese NSK. The bearings of the reducer are made of Taiwan Dongpei. The motor housing is coated with PTFE (PVDF), and the reducer adopts a three-stage helical tooth hard surface reducer, with a standard service life of more than five years. The protection class is IP55 and the insulation class is F.

Domestic micro motors generally use domestic bearings, and the motor housing is painted with ordinary paint, which has poor corrosion resistance. The industry standard for reducers is two-stage, and the load-bearing capacity is relatively poor. Protection grade IP44, not suitable for outdoor installation.
